We drove 5 hours to Thermopolis, WY. We went last summer, and the kids haven't stopped talking about it, they love it there. It's a quiet, little town with lots to offer, like the world's largest mineral hot springs and a dinosaur museum. We spent a day at the water park, where we enjoyed indoor and outdoor water slides and several different pools, each at different temperatures. The mineral water brings back memories of the sulfur smell of LaVerkin. The next day we toured the dinosaur museum, but this year we opted out of the bus ride up the mountain for the "dig". A highlight was taking a carriage ride around the state park, it was a beautiful tour, and Prince and Pat the gargantuan horses entertained Savannah along the way. It was a fun time, and I'm sure we'll visit again soon.
It's starting to look a lot like...
